Porsche wins six titles in the ALMS 2008:
In their RS Spyder, Timo Bernhard and Romain Dumas defended their title with Team Penske in the LMP2 class.
Jörg Bergmeister and Wolf Henzler regained the title in the GT2 class in their 911 GT RSR.
And in both cases, the manufacturer's title also went to Porsche.
With class wins in all five races, Porsche customer teams secured the first three places in the team category and won the manufacturer title for Porsche in the LMP2 class.
For the second half of the ALMS season, the Penske team is using an even more highly developed engine with direct fuel injection (DFI).
